Client Success Specialist

About the Role

Guide clients through the recovery process and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recovery process
• Explain technical concepts to clients in an accessible manner
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide status updates and manage expectations
• Document client interactions and maintain case records
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality
• Contribute to the development of client-facing resources and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency concepts and blockchain technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
